Our Area

West Wulf is passionate about Wolverhampton and its countryside border – the area where Wolverhampton meets the greenery of South Staffordshire. Until reforms in 1974, Wolverhampton was part of Staffordshire and in our eyes, it still is – visit Tettenhall, Compton, Wightwick, Castlecroft or Penn and you’ll soon discover that the area has as much in common with the villages beyond Wolverhampton’s boundary as it does with the urban centre and the greater West Midlands in general.

We are currently working on a map of the ‘West Wulf area’ – the area which we cover, promote and report on. Though this area is centred around the leafy north and west of the city, we do include Wolverhampton city centre and will cover the whole of the city and surrounding areas in our articles and business directory.

The immediate areas we cover include (but are not limited to):

Wolverhampton centre, Chapel Ash, West Park, Newbridge, Graisley, Merridale, Bradmore, Upper Penn, Lower Penn, Tettenhall, Tettenhall Wood, Palmers Cross, Parkdale, Pendeford, Claregate, Wightwick, Compton, Finchfield, Castlecroft, Merry Hill, Codsall, Lane Green, Oaken, Bilbrook, Perton, Aldersley, Blakeley Green, Warstones, Springhill, The Wergs, Coven & Wrottesley.
